Terms of service

1. ✦1 — Appointments

   Appointments are strictly by booking only.

2. ✦2 — Deposits

   A booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The deposit is deducted from your final service fee.

3. ✦3 — Late arrivals

   Please arrive on time. A grace period of 10–15 minutes may be allowed; late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation.

4. ✦4 — Rescheduling

   Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change your appointment.

5. ✦5 — Cancellations & no-shows

   Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or missed appointments.

6. ✦6 — Brow preparation

   Please tell us about any previous brow treatments, microblading, PMU, or skin sensitivities before booking.

7. ✦7 — Lash preparation

   Please arrive with clean lashes and avoid mascara, oils, or heavy eye makeup before your appointment.

8. ✦8 — Guests

   To maintain a comfortable working environment, please come alone unless a companion is approved beforehand.
